Requires any of the roles:	admin, oauthadmin

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/Ams/{ClientID}/NotificationMacros	Return the list of Event Registration Notification Macros.
GET	/Ams/{ClientID}/NotificationMacros/{NotificationID}	Return a list of Notification Macros.
