The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/Ams/{ClientID}/Member/{MemberID}/Photos/{PhotoId}/Comments	Add a comment to a photo.
DELETE	/Ams/{ClientID}/Member/{MemberID}/Photos/{PhotoId}/Comments/{CommentId}	Remove a comment from a photo.
