**Requires Authentication**
Requires any of the roles:	admin, oauthadmin

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/Ams/{ClientID}/Locations/{countryId}	Return a list of Country locations (States, Provinces, etc).	Use any of the query arguments to limit the results.
