Requires any of the roles:	admin, oauthadmin

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/Ams/{ClientID}/CommunityPhotos/{PhotoId}	Return the data for a photo including comments.
PUT	/Ams/{ClientID}/CommunityPhotos/{PhotoId}	Update a photo.
